Sweet Potato Pizza Crust Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes (boil or bake)
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute Spice
1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Tomato Sauce
Toppings of your choice - I topped mine with nutritional yeast, and brussels sprouts cooked in EVOO, and sautéed with turmeric, sea salt, and pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix sweet potato, almond flour, and all seasonings in a large bowl.
2. Spread into desired shape on parchment paper about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Until dough is slightly brown. Broil for 2 minutes. All ovens are different so give or take a few minutes for bake and broil.
4. Spread sauce, and your toppings over your crust. ENJOY!
