I am a wife, mother, and multifaceted teacher of health and fitness. With a deep passion for creating a balanced life, I have been attracted to various forms of wellness.
I took my first yoga class in search of something to ease stress and anxiety. My love for yoga was instant, as it was another gateway to more knowledge about mind and body connection. After I completed my 200-hour Yoga certification, I was eager to teach more, and began to train in strength and cardio classes. I currently instruct Barre, Spinning, Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. The greatest honor of being an instructor is witnessing clients become stronger, and accomplish what they thought may have been impossible.
I was hooked on the mental, and emotional benefits of yoga and fitness. It made me hungry for more. Literally. I ate more healthy, and whole foods along with holistic healthy habits that became a lifestyle--a lifestyle that mirrors the positive results of mindful movement.
As I paid closer attention to how one can take care of their body from the inside out, I began my journey to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a Holistic Health Coach, I guide my clients into creating a more balanced life that suits their individual health goals and needs. In awe of how amazing the body is meant to feel, my passion for a whole balanced life is constantly evolving.
